§ 22-107. Model aircraft and similar contrivances.
Latest version.
No person shall operate or release any model aircraft, rocket, kite, balloon, parachute or other similar contrivance at or upon the airport without the prior written approval of the aviation general manager. This section shall not extend to the airport weather station when such activity is a regular operational function on its part.
