§ 22-84. Transient aircraft servicing fees.

Latest version.

All charges and fees due the city for service performed to or for transient aircraft at the airport or for damages caused by such aircraft at the airport shall be paid before such aircraft shall be cleared for departure from the airport, unless prior satisfactory credit arrangements have been made with the aviation general manager.
