§ 22-81. Purpose of fees and charges.

It is the purpose of the city in establishing charges, fees and tolls for the use of the airport to provide for the cost of constructing, paying debt service on maintaining and operating the airport, together with the incidental navigation facilities, and maintaining the airport in a reasonably safe condition. No part of such charges, fees and tolls shall be added to the general funds of the city.
