§ 22-65. Damage to airport property.

  • Damage, destruction or defacement of airport property is covered by O.C.G.A. § 16-7-24. No person shall alter, make additions to or erect any building or sign on the airport or make any excavations on the airport or willfully abandon any personal property on the airport. Any person causing or being responsible for the injury, destruction, damage or disturbance shall report such damage to the office of the aviation general manager and, upon demand by such office, shall reimburse the city for the full amount of damage.
