§ 22-60. Compliance required.

Any permission granted by the city, directly or indirectly, expressly or by implication or otherwise to any person to enter or to use the airport or any part thereof is conditioned upon strict compliance with this Code and the ordinances of the city. It shall be the duty and obligation of all those entering the premises of the airport to be familiar with this article.
