§ 22-59. Emergency procedures.

When an emergency exists at the airport, the aviation general manager shall be empowered to take that action which, within the manager's discretion and judgment, is necessary or desirable to protect the health, welfare and safety of persons and property and to facilitate the operation of the airport.
