§ 162-59. Replacement vehicle.

Latest version.

If a vehicle for hire for which a CPNC has been issued is replaced by another vehicle, no new CPNC application shall be required. However, the vehicle identification information and certification by the company set forth in section 162-56, shall, within five days of replacement, be submitted to the department for issuance of a CPNC decal.
