Frequency of analysis.
The industrial wastewater of each significant industrial user discharging into the
city sewers shall be subject to periodic inspection and a determination of character
and concentration of the wastewater shall be made annually, or more often, as may
be deemed necessary by the commissioner.
(b)
Sampling and analysis procedures.
Sampling and analysis shall be performed in accordance with procedures established
by the EPA pursuant to section 304(g) of the Act and contained in 40 CFR, Part 136,
as amended. If 40 CFR, Part 136 does not contain sampling or analytical techniques
for the pollutant in question, sampling and analysis must be performed in accordance
with procedures approved by EPA.
