§ 154-264. Publication of list of violators.

The city shall publish, annually, in the newspaper with the largest daily circulation in the city, a list of industrial users which during the previous 12 months were significantly violating applicable pretreatment standards as defined in 40 CFR, Part 403.8(f)(2)(vii).
