§ 154-256. Notification of user of violation.

Whenever the commissioner finds that any person has violated or is violating this article or industrial wastewater discharge permit, the commissioner may serve written notice upon the person, stating the nature of the violation and requiring submission of a plan for the satisfactory correction thereof within a specified time limit.
