§ 154-230. Permit transfer.

Industrial wastewater discharge permits are issued to a specific user for a specific operation. A request for transfer or reassignment shall be submitted in writing to the commissioner at least 60 days prior to the proposed date of transfer or reassignment by the permittee. The permittee must provide a copy of the industrial wastewater discharge permit to the new owner or operator. No user is authorized to operate pursuant to the permit issued to a previous owner or user without the written approval of the commissioner.
