§ 154-211. Confidential information.

All information and data concerning a user or obtained from a user shall be available to the public or other governmental agencies in accordance with the requirements of the Georgia Open Records Act, O.C.G.A. § 50-18-70, et seq., and subject to exemption from disclosure only as authorized by Georgia law.
