§ 154-2. Functions and duties of the office of water treatment and reclamation.

  • (a)

    The functions and duties of the office of water treatment and reclamation shall include:

    (1)

    Manage the city's water treatment systems, including the operation, maintenance and repair of the water treatment plants, pumping stations, water storage facilities, and appurtenant facilities;

    (2)

    Manage the city's wastewater treatment systems, including the operation, maintenance and repair of wastewater treatment plants, pumping stations, and appurtenant facilities; and

    (3)

    Manage the city's combined sewer overflow facilities, including the operation, maintenance and repair of the combined sewer overflow treatment facilities and appurtenant facilities.
