§ 150-295. Discharging water or other liquids.

(a)

No person shall throw or discharge from any lot or building any water, fluid or liquid substance so as to injuriously affect the surface of the street or sidewalk or so to make it unsafe for travel.

(b)

In addition to the penalties provided in section 1-8, any condition caused or permitted to exist in violation of this section shall be deemed a public nuisance, and each day the condition continues shall be regarded as a new and separate offense.
