§ 150-291. Passengers entering or leaving vehicle.

Except in emergencies, persons entering or leaving a vehicle shall do so on the side of the vehicle nearer the curb, and only when the vehicle is stopped or parked in accordance with O.C.G.A. § 40-6-200.
