§ 150-269. Permit required for special loading, servicing and street use.

  • Whenever it is necessary to provide special arrangements for the standing of trucks or other vehicles on a street for the purpose of loading or unloading or providing services to adjacent property and this standing cannot be done in compliance with this chapter or other applicable ordinances, a special temporary permit may be issued by the director, bureau of traffic and transportation. The permit may be issued to the owner or lessee of real property or to the operator of the vehicle and shall grant to that person the privilege as therein stated, and it shall be unlawful for any permittee or other person to violate the permit.
