§ 150-267. Walking upon controlled access highway.

It shall be unlawful for any person to walk upon a controlled access highway, except as may be necessary in order to leave the controlled access highway due to emergency arising after entry thereon in a lawful manner or except as may be necessary in order to police, repair, maintain or clean the controlled access highway and its municipally owned appurtenances.
