§ 150-184. Issuance of permits; expiration; renewal.

(a)

The commissioner shall issue Turner Field area parking permits as provided in this division.

(b)

Two resident permits shall be issued for each valid street address within the Turner Field permit parking area upon application. The permit shall be issued only to a motor vehicle owner or operator who resides in the Turner Field permit parking area. Each Turner Field area parking permit shall have a unique permit expiration date, and permits shall be renewed biennially.
