§ 150-177. Limitation on permit use.

A motor vehicle which displays a valid Vine City parking permit shall be allowed to stand or park in the Vine City permit parking area without being limited by the parking restriction established in this division. Such permits shall not authorize a motor vehicle to stand or park in any place where or during any time when the stopping, standing or parking of a motor vehicle is prohibited or the area is designated for other uses.
