§ 150-175. Issuance of permits.

The director shall issue Vine City parking permits as follows:
(1)

Two resident permits shall be issued for each valid street address within the Vine City permit parking area upon application.

(2)

The permit shall be issued only to a motor vehicle owner or operator who resides in the Vine City permit parking area.

(3)

Each Vine City permit parking area shall have a unique permit expiration date, and permits shall be renewed biennially.
