§ 150-134. Deposit of coins in connection with advertising scheme.

It shall be unlawful for any person to deposit coins in parking meters in connection with any advertising scheme or idea. The existence of any advertising materials on or in any parked vehicle advising the operator of the vehicle that such a deposit has been made in the meter shall be prima facie evidence of guilt on the part of the person doing the advertising.
