§ 150-89. Penalty for violation of no parking area between certain hours.

When a violation of a posted no parking area occurs between the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., the violation shall subject the violator to a minimum mandatory fine of $20.00 for each violation.
