§ 150-62. Motor trucks or trailers prohibited on certain areas during designated hours.

  • It shall be unlawful for any motor truck or motor-drawn trailer, from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., to traverse any part of the area of the city bounded by Baker Street on the north, Courtland Street and Washington Street on the east, Garnett Street on the south and Spring Street on the west, exclusive of the boundary streets. Nothing in this section shall prevent any truck, when not accompanied by a trailer, from traversing any of the streets or areas described in this section solely for the purpose of making delivery or for the purpose of picking up or receiving goods, wares or merchandise for transportation, but this shall not include permission for trailers to enter, park or stand in that area for any purpose.
