§ 150-61. Operation of vehicles upon public school play and recreation areas.

It shall be unlawful for any person to drive or operate any motorcycle, minibike, go-cart, automobile or other motorized vehicle upon the play areas or recreation areas of any public school unless the vehicle is the property of the city or the board of education or unless the operator of the vehicle has the written permission of the school principal or the superintendent of schools or the board of education.
