§ 150-54. Maximum speed while driving past workers on streets, roadways.

Unless otherwise posted with appropriate signs, the maximum rate of speed shall be 15 miles per hour when approaching or driving past persons working in the street or roadway, if the persons are city employees, public utility employees or those granted permission of the city, provided these workers have erected a sign stating the persons are working and the sign is in accordance with the specifications for highway construction and maintenance operations.
