§ 14-352. Application; fee.

(a)

Application for an employee permit as required in this article shall be addressed to the chief of police of the city. The applicant shall furnish the following information:

(1)

Name and address of the applicant.

(2)

Name and address of any person having previously employed the applicant for a period of six weeks or longer.

(3)

A record of any convictions for violations of federal or state laws or municipal ordinances.

(b)

Each applicant for an employee permit shall pay $50.00 for certification of eligibility. Such payment is nonrefundable and shall accompany the application for a permit. Upon the issuance of a new or renewal permit, the permit holder shall pay to the police department an annual fee in the amount of $300.00.
