Ord. No. 2006-66, § 10, adopted Sept. 26, 2006, effective Jan. 2, 2007, repealed § 14-7 in its entirety. Formerly, said section pertained to carnivals, sideshows, similar exhibitions as enacted by Code 1977, §§ 14-3003, 19-14.009.
