The street, sidewalk and concrete curb specifications, latest revision, copies of
which are on file in the offices of the municipal clerk and commissioner of public
works, are adopted. The commissioner of public works is authorized to perform updates
and revisions, from time to time, in order to reflect changes in acceptable design
standards and materials, and to reflect current construction costs.
