§ 130-39. Containers left on streets.

(a)

Prohibited . Containers containing garbage or other refuse shall not be left for collection upon any street, sidewalk, avenue or other public place, except as specifically provided in section 130-36, 130-37 or 130-38.

(b)

Any solid waste or recycling container shall not:

(1)

Obstruct any portion of the storm drain system of the City of Atlanta; or

(2)

Obstruct the flow of stormwater into the storm drain system of the City of Atlanta.
