§ 130-10. Hazardous materials.

(a)

Prohibited conduct.

(1)

No person shall dispose of any hazardous materials at any of the solid waste disposal facilities or transfer stations within the limits of the city.

(2)

No person shall store or accumulate any hazardous materials in any container used for storage or accumulation of garbage, rubbish, recovered materials, or solid wastes.

(3)

No person shall store or accumulate any hazardous materials in any container not designed, intended or permitted for storage or accumulation of hazardous materials.

(4)

No person shall deposit or discard on any public or private property any type or kind of hazardous material within the city.
