Division 2. LICENSE |
§ 122-173. Grounds for denial, suspension or revocation.
Any license issued pursuant to this division may be denied, suspended or revoked upon the following grounds:
(1)
For the holder of the license to state any untrue or false information in any original, renewal of transfer application for any license authorized by this division, notwithstanding the fact that the untrue and false information may have been discovered by the department after the applicant has been granted the license;
(2)
For any three violations within a 12-month period by the holder of the license or an applicant for a license, of any laws or sections of this Code, or other ordinances regulating the business licensed pursuant to this article, for the violation of any laws, rules or regulations of the Georgia Environmental Protection Division (EPD) or any successor agency with the same or similar regulatory function or of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) or any successor agency with the same or similar regulatory function.
(3)
For the conviction of the license holder of any criminal offense relating to theft.
