In an attempt to protect the privacy of all persons involved, confidentiality will
be exercised throughout the investigatory process to the greatest extent practicable.
Inasmuch as the city is subject to the Open Records Act, (O.C.G.A. § 50-18-70, et
seq.) and the Open Meetings Acts, (O.C.G.A. § 50-14-1, et seq.), absolute confidentiality
cannot be assured.
