Notwithstanding that the Atlanta City Employees' Friendship Club, Inc., may not be
a public office or agency within the meaning of the Georgia Open Records Act, O.C.G.A.
§ 50-18-70 et seq., or the Georgia Open Meetings Act, O.C.G.A. § 50-14-1 et seq.,
or otherwise be subject to such acts, within 60 days of the adoption and approval
of this division, the Atlanta City Employees' Friendship Club, Inc., shall agree in
writing to voluntarily comply and abide by all of the provisions of the Georgia Open
Records Act and the Georgia Open Meetings Act, as they now exist or as they may be
amended.
