§ 114-26. Paymaster designated, duties.

(a)

The chief financial officer is designated as paymaster of the city.

(b)

The duties of paymaster shall be to keep a record of the entire payroll of the city, pay all salaries to city employees and perform such other duties as may be prescribed. Payrolls and time sheets of all departments shall be prepared by the departments, respectively.
