§ 110-67. Hunting and fishing.

(a)

No person shall hunt or shoot in any public park, except as expressly authorized by law or rule and regulation.

(b)

Fishing is permitted in designated ponds and lakes in public parks and as authorized by state law, except where prohibited by the city.
