§ 110-61. Closing of drive or avenue in park.

(a)

The Commissioner may close, temporarily or permanently, to vehicular traffic any road, drive or avenue within a public park that is not a part of the municipal street system of the city.

(b)

The Commissioner shall seek the recommendations of the director, bureau of traffic and transportation whenever any action is to be taken under this section.
