§ 110-34. Functions and duties of bureau of parks.

The functions and duties of the bureau of parks shall include the following:
(1)

Administering and maintaining all parks, park facilities, park property and the city cemetery;

(2)

Administering and enforcing all ordinances for the protection of trees and shrubbery; and

(3)

Maintaining all trees on city property and city rights-of-way.
