§ 10-71. Display of name of licensee and license number.
Each licensee for the sale of alcoholic beverages by the package at retail under this division shall have printed on the front window of the licensed premises the name of the licensee, together with the inscription, "City Retail License No. _____," in uniform letters not less than four inches in height. However, if a licensee so desires, the licensee may have the licensee's name displayed on the inside of the window in neon or other electric lights. The sign shall be parallel with the window and shall not extend more than six inches from the window. A neon sign may also be constructed along the borderline or edge of the front window inside the glass.
