§ 106-53. Destruction of property.

(a)
It shall be unlawful for any person to willfully damage, destroy, mar or deface any property of the city, or of another.
(b)
It shall be unlawful for any unauthorized person to tamper with, to open, or to paint any equipment of the departments and bureaus of the city, including fire hydrants and water mains.
