§ 106-8. Smoking and drinking prohibited on MARTA buses, trains, rail cars.

It shall be unlawful for occupants on Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority (MARTA) buses, trains or rail cars to smoke tobacco or consume alcoholic beverages while such buses, trains or rail cars are transporting passengers within the corporate limits of the city. Charter bus service is excluded from these restrictions.
