§ 4-46. Jurors; jury trials.

(a)

All laws with reference to the number, composition, qualifications, impaneling, challenging, and compensation of jurors in state courts within the territorial jurisdiction of such courts shall apply to and be observed by each such courts.

(b)

In all instances where an accused has a right to a trial by jury, the judges of any such courts shall adhere to the practices and procedures of state courts.
